Search by name or compound
The catalog search accepts catalog names, supported compound aliases, product codes, and strengths. For example, searching for Retatrutide finds the GLP3 RT listing.
A matching name helps locate a listing. Check that listing’s description, strength or volume, and availability before selecting an option. If a search has no results, try the compound name without a strength or contact support. A search match does not establish suitability for a particular use.
Understand product options
- Catalog name
- The name used to identify a product in this store.
- Strength or volume
- The selected option shown on a product listing. Choose an available option to see its price and add it to your cart.
- Quantity
- The number of sellable units in your cart. A bundle is one sellable unit; its contents are described on its product page.
- Availability
- The current purchase status of an option. A retired or unavailable option cannot be purchased through its old selection.
- Batch or lot reference
- An identifier on an item or its documentation that helps support locate information for that particular batch. Include it in your request when available.
Quantity savings appear in the cart and checkout. Strengths of the same product combine toward its quantity tier; different products are counted separately. Eligible coupons apply after the quantity reduction. Check the current product page and checkout for the amount charged.
Request an available Certificate of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request. Email Orders@AxionAgeless.com with the product name, strength or volume, and batch or lot reference if you have one. See the COA request page for the request process.
A request is not confirmation that a report exists for every item or batch. Ask support to confirm the available document and the item it covers. Read the report’s identity, results, and stated scope; a document for one batch should not be treated as a report for another.
Evidence, review and documentation
A catalog description, a product label and a laboratory report serve different purposes. Check the identity and scope of the document supplied for your item. The request process does not certify an item or establish that every batch has the same results.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- A document reporting the identified sample or batch and the results stated in that document. Ask support for the available report and confirm the product and batch it covers.
- Report scope
- The sample, methods, results and limitations stated in a particular report. Do not extend those statements to a different batch or to matters the report does not address.
- Source and review date
- The source identifies where a statement comes from. An update date on this guide records a change to store information; it is not the date of laboratory testing or scientific review.
This guide is maintained as store information. It has not been independently reviewed as scientific guidance. Product-specific scientific statements require their own supporting evidence and appropriate review.
Corrections should identify the exact page, statement and supporting source. Contact details, catalog options, policies and documentation should be checked again when the underlying information changes. The corrections contact below is the route for reporting a discrepancy.
