All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
All peptide orders are shipped using cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. This includes insulated packaging and cold packs where appropriate. Our packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature for up to 72 hours in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
