Return & Refund Policy

At Axion Ageless, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All of our peptides are third-party tested for purity and identity before shipping. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within the timeframes outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or with a broken seal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item(s) promptly and provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect products received.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (research peptides), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
