How to order from Axion Ageless
Ordering guide
This guide walks through an order from start to finish, from finding a listing to what happens after you pay. It brings together what the store publishes in its catalog and documentation guide, terms of service, shipping policy and return and refund policy, so you can see the whole process in one place. The store currently lists 67 products in bundles, peptides and skincare.
If a detail on this page ever differs from a product page or from checkout, the product page and checkout show the current options, availability and prices.
Before you start
Axion Ageless sells to qualified researchers and laboratories. You must be at least 21 years old to use the site and buy products, and you confirm that you are purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research use only. The full wording is on the research use and eligibility page.
If you need documentation for an item before you decide to buy, ask first. See step 4.
Step 1: Find the listing
Use the catalog search on the shop. It accepts catalog names, supported compound aliases, product codes and strengths. If a search returns nothing, try the compound name without a strength, or contact support.
A search match only helps you locate a listing. Read the listing's description, its strength or volume, and its availability before you select an option. A match does not establish that a product is suitable for a particular use.
Step 2: Choose an option and a quantity
Many products come in more than one strength or volume. Choose an available option on the product page to see its price and add it to your cart. Availability is the current purchase status of an option, and a retired or unavailable option cannot be purchased through its old selection.
Quantity is the number of sellable units in your cart. A bundle counts as one sellable unit, and its contents are described on its own product page, so open the bundle listing to see exactly what it includes.
Step 3: Understand the price
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Payment is completed at the time of purchase.
Quantity savings appear in your cart and at checkout. Strengths of the same product combine toward that product's quantity tier, while different products are counted separately. If you have a coupon, an eligible coupon applies after the quantity reduction. Always check the total at checkout before you pay.
Step 4: Ask for documentation if you need it
Certificates of Analysis are available upon request. Email Orders@AxionAgeless.com or use the documentation request page with the product name, the strength or volume, and the batch or lot reference if you have one. You can ask before ordering.
A request is not confirmation that a report exists for every item or batch, and a report for one batch should not be treated as a report for another. The Certificate of Analysis page explains what to include.
Step 5: Check out
Delivery options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If no suitable delivery option is shown, contact the team before you proceed. Delivery to some destinations needs confirmation first, and international delivery requires confirmation from the team.
Checkout can include an optional date of birth field. If you provide it, it stays in the protected order record and is excluded from analytics. The privacy policy describes what the store collects and how it is used.
After you order
An order confirmation does not confirm dispatch. Processing depends on product availability and order review, so ask for current timing before you place a time sensitive order. When a carrier tracking number is supplied, you can follow the shipment on the carrier's website. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
The store can refuse or cancel an order, for example because of product availability, an error in pricing or product information, or concerns about order legitimacy. If the store cancels an order, you receive a full refund. You can request cancellation for a full refund before your order is dispatched. After it ships, it cannot be cancelled.
If something is wrong with your order
Sales are final for change of mind purchases, including an incorrectly selected product or strength and opened or used products. Do not send anything back without contacting the team first.
Several situations are handled differently, and your legal rights and payment provider protections still apply:
- If an order arrives damaged, defective, compromised or with a broken seal, contact the team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. You receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, contact the team in the same way. The correct or missing item is arranged, with a prepaid return label when a return is needed.
- If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact the team with your order number. A confirmed lost shipment is replaced, or refunded when a replacement cannot be supplied.
- When a refund is due, it is initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. No restocking fee applies to refunds for a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item or an eligible cancellation.
