Axion Ageless sells research compounds, skincare and related catalog supplies. This page explains in plain language who the store sells to, what you confirm before you enter the site, and what "research use only" means on the listings. It restates the store's published terms of service and the notice shown when you first visit the site. It is not legal advice.
Who the store sells to
The store sells to qualified researchers and laboratories for in vitro and laboratory use. You must be at least 21 years old to use the site and buy products. When you place an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
What you confirm before you enter
When you enter the site, it asks you to confirm two statements before you continue:
- You are 21 years of age or older.
- You are a qualified researcher purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research use only.
The notice also states that products are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. By proceeding, you affirm that the statements you confirmed are true.
What research use only means here
All products sold by Axion Ageless are intended strictly for laboratory research and scientific study. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to this intended use.
You will see the same statement on product pages: "For research use only. Not for human consumption." Read the listing, its strength or volume and its availability before you order.
What the store does not provide
The catalog and documentation guide is store information. It has not been independently reviewed as scientific guidance, and it does not provide a testing certification or personal use advice. Product specific scientific statements need their own supporting evidence and appropriate review, and a laboratory report covers only the sample and scope it states.
Documentation and reports
Certificates of Analysis are available upon request. A Certificate of Analysis reports the identified sample or batch and the results stated in that document. A request is not confirmation that a report exists for every item or batch, and the request process does not certify an item. Ask the team to confirm the report for your item and batch, and check the report's identity, results and stated scope. See the Certificate of Analysis page for how to ask.
How eligibility affects your order
The store can refuse or cancel any order, including where there are concerns about order legitimacy. If the store cancels an order, you receive a full refund. The ordering guide explains the rest of the process, from search to delivery.
